Charles S.  Coffey is Executive Vice-President for Government Relations and Public Affairs of the RBC Financial Group. He may be singularly unique in the business world in his endeavors to reconcile private interests with public rights. He has given  selflessly of himself on many issues of social justice from youth, to the poor to foreign affairs. Among his many current engagements he is serving as Chairman of the Board of Advisors of the Canadian Museum of Human Rights.
